Bright and clear in the glass, with delicate amber highlights and a smattering of fine bubbles. Expect flavours of ripe orchard fruit and tangerine, freshened by lemon and grapefruit and given a touch of maturity with notes of brioche and dried fruit. Overall a fantastically light and refreshing mouthful. Perfect to pair with Mushroom ravioli with parmesan shavings, or salmon with sweet potato fries.
